The buoy designed at the Center, named &quot;<span class=SpellE>Barab</span> 1&quot; is spherical and is capable of measuring such factors as air pressure, air temperature, wind speed, humidity, solar radiation, wave height, wave period, salinity and water temperature. The information collected by the buoy <span class=GramE>are</span> radio-transmitted to coast receivers. It is a hyperbaric one in which the operations are done at a pressure of more than one atmosphere and is capable of being used for the repair of pipes up to 90cm in diameter. It contains a pneumatic system for suction, pumping, and ventilation.
